Healthy Yogurt And Raspberry Dessert

1 x liter of whole milk
1 heaped table spoon of powdered milk
60g of full fat natural yogurt
It’s time to do it
Get a sterilised jar and wash it. You would want it to hold at least 1 liter of yogurt. Put the milk in a saucepan then add some heat on the stove you will want to get it to 175F / 80C. Make sure you don’t boil the milk just heat it a little bit. once you have it hot take it off and add the milk powder.
The next thing to do is let the temp drop to about 115F / 45C get the yogert and stir it in. Now add it to the jar and seal it with the lid. Now we want this to be left some where that is warm near the oven perhaps or an airing cupboard for about 4 hours. The longer you leave it the more tart the taste will be.
put it in the fridge for about 3 hours to chill and firm up at the same time. You can then add the raspberry’s and your good to enjoy.
